Perfect for seeing the kids savings

I wanted something my little girls could easily use and I wanted something they could see their savings so it's perfect. I feel that when changing, sometimes the little ones didn't put the coin all the way in, but still counted, so there may be a little accuracy error at the end, but overall I'm satisfied.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It stopped working the first day.

Nice piggy bank. However, I had a stash of coins and it stopped counting halfway through the deposit process. It's tiring when you have a lot of coins and you have to feed them one by one. I won't be returning it because I can still use it as a piggy bank, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't exactly count. I do not recommend this.

So far so good with fun toys

Our three year old has been obsessed with money lately so a piggy bank seemed like a great idea to talk about how we count money and how we save money . So far it's working like a charm. Inserting coins into the tiny hand slot is a little tricky, but that's because the bank knows what type of coin it is. So far it works very well and you can change the total if needed! The update will be updated shortly as we only received this item today.

Cute and functional with a little problem

It's very cute and my 7 year old daughter loves it. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes he thinks wrong. When you have lots of opportunities to add (and your kid likes to put it through the slot so it counts automatically). you can't add it quickly or it won't count properly. You have to manually count the change, unscrew the lid and place switch inside, screw the top back, then use the adjustment knobs to display the correct amount. Otherwise it's a great product. We still love it…

Excellent visibility. Best in Novity and Funny Toys

My neighbor's kid started collecting loose change, but he was worried about losing his coins and didn't know how to calculate how much money he had. (He's five years old and has a vague understanding of numbers when they're over 20 and converting between cents and dollars etc.) He can look into this piggy bank and see how many coins he's received and the gauge helps him to understand the value of what he has collected. We currently use coins as a reward for good behavior. He's still looking for
