Very very disappointed

So this seller contacted me outside of the Revain platform to change my rating for a refund! Basically, I am convinced at this point that this seller is filtering their reviews and asking customers to change or delete their reviews for a refund. I have put my store on hold hoping this product works and after 3 purchases I can assure you that this is nothing more than a pop up outlet and nothing more. Great retractable USB/AC cordless charger/socket for kitchen countertops

This retractable USB/AC/cordless charger is excellent. We were remodeling our kitchen and were told that due to county statute we need an electrical outlet on our island. I didn't want a regular outlet and I came across this pop up AC USB induction phone charger. This thing is perfect. It was very easy to install, it comes with a simple plug that you plug into a regular outlet around your home so we just had to ask a contractor to install it in the closet below.
