Old wiper bushings will most likely need to be cut with a hacksaw, this is the best option. Once it's out, it's a breeze. 20 minutes work.

The hardest part was removing the old bushing. But a little WD-40 and a pair of pliers and all was good! The new one fit and worked great.

This is easy to install if you order a wiper arm/battery puller at the same time. What I did NOT like is that there are NO INSTRUCTIONS. Thanks to You Tube for the instructional videos. Plus, it's a well-made product at a very good price!

All Pro, about this wiper arm and blade. Perfect fit, like new again. Tip for removing the old one: if the plastic lever separates from the metal insert, take a hacksaw blade and hold it in your hand and carefully cut across the metal insert of the old wiper. You don't have to cut all the way through, just insert a flathead screwdriver to twist it a bit to slide the bit off the wiper shaft. Clean the shaft and apply some light lubricant to help it come loose next time. Always with Tranquillity.
