Very easy to install, the only thing is that my fire stick is easy to detach, the connecting part is thin. So put it somewhere where you know it won't move.

I can't do that with my new Roku in color. My painting is black and white no matter what I do. I just plugged in my old Roku and I'm not even using the new one

All connections made but no picture. After weeks of frustration, I realized I needed an HDMI to RCA converter, not this RCA to HDMI converter. Ashamed.

This product works as advertised and is an HDMI to A/V converter for use with TVs or monitors that do not have HDMI inputs. I used this adapter to successfully pair my Fire TV Stick with an old rear projection system. TV with excellent results. You will need 3 phono to phono cables to connect it as the old TV had phono plug inputs.

My Raspberry PIs (2 different ones) no longer work with my Panasonic Plasma in my living room. My main TV. It's old but great and already assembled for 70's style. With this device my new fire stick could be connected perfectly. No quality loss. I ordered a second one to play Pi Kodi media from my 5TB hard drive. Kleoughing survives to offset HDMI's limitations.

1# I had an ONN TV that worked fine, no problem. 2# I had a 50 inch Vizio where the good static lines are in the video. 3# Toshiba with HDMI that had a slightly darker tint than the normal brightness picture from DVD Blu-Ray or other inputs. Suitable for Walmartz onn tv. Your TV results can be very good. Good for now.

**Update: Recently tested on PS4 and it works without worrying about resolution or HDCP settings. I bought it to use with my old CRT TV and Playstation Classic. The good thing is that it has a USB power output, so you can power the box and any connected device at the same time without the hassle of cables. Regardless, I paired it with Auvipal's 2-in-1 Micro USB to USB Adapter Cable and it has served me well. You'll also run into aspect ratio issues if you don't install something like Bleemsync…
