Type of review

The area around the Lightning connector is much thicker than Apple or any other third party I've purchased. You have to remove the cover of your iPhone to charge it. The product seems solid and everything, but it's unacceptable. I had to go back. I tried to take a comparison photo, but I'm not a very good photographer. I hope it helps!

Get rid of tangled cords!

The kitchen is our high traffic area and I installed the 4-port USB charger on a small shelf by the door. Using regular 3ft cables was a problem - the cables always got tangled or had to be wrapped with zip ties (and still got tangled or looked unsightly). These shorter charging cables were an elegant solution! They're long enough to allow multiple phones to rest on a shelf while charging, but short enough to keep them tangle-free. We've had no issues adjusting or connecting, and the cables…

The plug failed catastrophically after 5 days of use.

In anticipation of a 100 mile backpacking trip I bought these short Lightning cables to keep things simple and tangle free. I needed a charging cable to keep my iPhone going as I used it daily to navigate and read in the Kindle app in the evenings. On the second day of the trip, the plug failed catastrophically, leaving me with no way to charge. I didn't plug/unplug the cable more than 20 times before it fell apart and it would have ruined my trip, except my travel companions also had an iPhone
