I've tried different cleaning products for my women's clothes and haven't found anything that really helps me without drying my skin or upsetting my natural pH. My gynecologist advised me to do this and let's just say it works wonders! Doesn't dry out my skin or lower my pH like other vaginal cleansers I've used and best of all they're fragrance free! This soap dries a little less than normal baby soap. Doesn't tighten or moisturize at all. Doesn't slip when washing either. I don't need foam, but "tightening" that much is impractical. My hands were painfully dry after using this product just once. I live in a desert climate with very hard water and both are tough on my skin especially my hands. In wetter climates my skin tends to be oily rather than dry, but below 20% humidity it really sucks all the moisture out of the skin. I need a hand…
