These shoes went perfectly with my 3 year old son's tuxedo. They are of excellent quality, never frayed and we are very comfortable. However, the size was large. Bought 11 and had to return for 10 and they were still a bit big but that's ok...kids that age grow so fast. I would say they are about 1/2 size too big.

Bought for one time use by my 4 year old at a formal wedding where he was the ring bearer. This is a great pair of shoes for that. The groomsmen wore shiny patent leather, so finding a kid's pair was great. The price seemed in line with other traders. No scratches or stains on the patent leather when they arrived.
