I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for 3 years and the shampoo felt greasy, didn't create foam in my hair and my hair got so oily and greasy afterwards. I love my shampoo and moisturizer. My scalp was very itchy before using the product. He uses both and my itchy scalp is gone. I followed the instructions and it was just great! The packaging of this type of product needs to have a better "seal" to cover the liquid before "screwing the cap onto the bottles".
