I ordered this shirt for my son who is almost 6 years old and mostly wears size 7 clothes. The downsides are that it's a bit pricey (currently $22.00) for a long sleeve t-shirt and I wish it was a little longer. It fits my son perfectly except it sits just below the waist so any slight lifting of his arms reveals his skin. He's quite tall for his age so that might be a problem but I wanted to mention it.
