Received a stylus as a gift from my daughter. I couldn't open it right away because I was ill and in the hospital when it arrived. When I opened the stylus it didn't work. I really wanted it to work because my daughter wanted me to feel better as my condition basically kept me inactive until my breathing got easier. I missed my return window, so I guess we should consider that a loss. If you're thinking of buying this, you might want to think twice.

While this is not an original apple pen; no matter! This item works great and even with my old iPad! I often sketch, draw and take notes on various notepad apps during client meetings and this pen ensures my lines and drawings are accurate on a digital device. In my experience this stylus doesn't work well with the touchscreen on my Revain Fire 10 tablet. It's almost unusable. It works fine with my phone but still buggy. The battery lasts about 2 hours. UPDATE 11/24/19. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement pen that works great. I think the difference is that the first one had a deformed tip. Anyway, the exchange works great. Use this for student digital art. Works perfectly. Very no frills but lasts a full 3 hour session (so far) with no breaks. No pressure sensitivity, but I switch from my Revain Kindle Fires to my phone with no issues. No Bluetooth connection or anything like that. Sometimes small strokes aren't as clear as larger strokes, so I've learned to zoom in a bit. never mind Students love it, I love it. Excellent price.

Strange weight on arm and a bit unbalanced. It works very well with my phone (Moto z force2) but is very picky with my touchscreen laptop (Acer Chomebook), the main device I use for drawing. It's not very responsive and I have to work hard to hatch or shade. The grips are good, just not what I need. I gave it to my mother. She has a tablet from another manufacturer and the pen works well enough to take notes on it.
