It works but the light is dim

I bought this as an emergency replacement because the original bulb burned out just before our big citywide meeting and I couldn't find anything in stock at our local store. Shops for cameras and lightbulbs. It arrived on time and worked, but the light was significantly less dim than the original. It worked with the lights off, but wasn't as useful when the lights were on. My director was able to shop better later when it wasn't so pressed for time.

The lamp itself worked well with my car. It arrived on time and in good condition. I think it will take quite a long time. More than I expected.
