Not everything worked.

I have a lot of installation experience but I couldn't get the thing to work completely, we finally got rid of the broken controller.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • I don't remember

This unit was installed on a 2004 Chevy Avalanche 1500 with BOSE -System Installed (Analog Amplifier, OnStar, XM Radio) I called tech support because I had a few questions about the installation guide. Some wires were not mentioned, but that didn't matter since not all were used. Simple post-market plug-n-play wireless connection

Very easy setup and phone support available if you had any questions. It's great to have hands-free, SWC and a backup camera on my Pioneer deck in my 05 Avalanche through this unit.

Pros
  • Provides power for accessories (12V, 10A)

corresponding product. Best in-car AV install

The AX-GMCL2-SWC interface works great with my HUMMER H2. It connects to the car instantly and controls the Bose digital amplifier, steering wheel controls and original sounds. Came complete with all types of wiring. I would recommend stronger packaging. In conclusion, the product is worth more than 5 stars.

Pros
  • Maintains RAP (Accessory Residual Power) and equalizes and attenuates
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

THING-THING-THING! for AV installation in car

Before buying this version I had installed Axxess gmos-04 and PAC Swi-rc. It goes without saying that the HORRIBLE doorbell still needs an overhaul. Buy a separate AX LCD module for $65 or go blind knowing which channel you have. The Windows 10 update tool is buggy and tech support is a few people in the living room. It's installed now, but I won't be surprised if this version has issues as well. *Update: 2 days after installation and my speedo is dancing between 5 and 10 mph from my actual…
