A good investment for amateur chefs who want to move up.

This knife is heavy and has a good edge retention. It might take some people a little longer, but it's a great size for my hands. This is a good mid-range knife for those of us who want to level up a bit without spending a fortune. Lies well in the hand, does its job perfectly. The knife is light but good. I'm happy.
