Runs small but stretches! I have a 23" waist and it fits me perfectly, but my sister and mom could wear it too and they are taller than me. It looks so cute and beautiful, just like I expected and it's definitely worth the money. After a few days of wearing, the elastic on the sides took on an odd shape, but not enough to worry about or look too weird (last video).

My wife got this for a ren faire outfit, she is 5" 8" and weighs 140 pounds.
