20 year old male - Significantly increased chest and hair on legs, no noticeable effect on face

. I decided to try ashwagandha as a workout supplement/testosterone booster and since I'm trying to grow a beard I figured I could absorb it right through my skin. too strong, had to reduce dose to once a week. Doesn't affect acne too much (should be anti-inflammatory, but increased hormone levels might negate any benefit), my mood lifted very noticeably after 2 weeks (but after 2 months my mood and stress levels were back to their normal lows), pushed me several times initially on the day to…
