I think it takes a specific cable to get mine to work. I am using Samsung Galaxy A12 and it says there is no signal power saving mode.

After reading all the fantastic reviews about this monitor I decided to order it. I liked the size and the very light weight. But despite all efforts, nothing worked. I have contacted support via their website in addition to here. Grilling. And believe the reviews that say the management is terrible. I sent it back for a full refund.

The "portable screen" works fine, but it has glitches and turns off mid-game. The stand is a pain in the ass! He stands but falls all the time. I wish the stand was more durable than thin! I won't take it anywhere. Also, it's not that portable as you have to connect cables to turn on the screen. I thought it was a real wearable screen that needs to be charged. Hoping for a replacement or refund.

Good image quality, bright, thin and portable. I like the small bezels and the lack of a company logo on the front. The settings reset when you turn off the device, but you can change the brightness very easily with the switch on the side. In my photos you can see this monitor compared to the 13 inch iPad Pro (M1).

Everything about the monitor is good enough except for the protective case that comes with it. The protective cover is very thin and can be easily removed.

I needed a portable second monitor to work outside of my home office - I was hoping I could use it on camping trips etc. This one works great (good color and size. The product arrived yesterday and I tried it. Works as expected and easy setup. The only problem is that as soon as I opened the bix I noticed it had a HORRIBLE stench. At first I thought it was a box but after some use I realized it was a leather/magnetic case/stand. Today I have made many attempts to remove the smell at home like baking soda, detergent etc but to no avail. This monitor fits in a computer bag with my laptop (DELL XPS) in my backpack. It's lightweight and with a USB C to C cable they are connected and both are powered by my laptop. My laptop battery doesn't drain too much either. The only problem I had was when I broke the end of the USB CC cable I found that not all CC cables are created equal. I was so excited to get this monitor. I take it with me when I travel to play games and watch Netflix. The first few days were fine. I'm now on my 3rd day of using it (with the plug plugged into the wall) and it keeps "blinking". I try to email them with the email stuck all over the manual page but it comes back as an invalid email. I thought it was great while it lasted. I'll return it and just go to Best Buy.

First, it's not a touchscreen. However, I didn't want or expect it, other reviews thought otherwise. I find the screen to be the perfect size and fits nicely in my backpack with my laptop. The case/stand supports the screen well. This has greatly increased my productivity on the go and on days when I have to change jobs and work from my office to my hideaway.

I use this monitor when I'm on the go. It's thin enough to fit in my laptop without taking up too much space or adding extra weight. I can only power with the included USB cable, which is perfect! The cover is nice but doesn't hold the screen well. I had to buy a stand, which isn't that important. All in all it is perfect for me and my purposes. Absolutely to recommend.

I bought this monitor specifically for its 2k (1440p) and 120Hz specs advertised for compatibility with my PS5. My PS5 could only recognize 60Hz 1080p. The monitor settings also only report 1080p 60Hz. If you are satisfied with these characteristics, then this monitor is for you.

The item is clearly used. The package wasn't even sealed. There were clear marks from a glass or coffee cup on the stand, instructions were not included. The stand is confusing (perhaps due to the lack of instructions). The product itself is a good size - needs to play with brightness settings etc.
