Read instructions front and back! My husband got very frustrated trying to get him out of the military's 24-hour hours, but it was actually pretty easy. Like any other digital watch, it needs to be set up. Patience is required as all adults have large fingers and the buttons are small. Nice watch. Unfortunately it worked for less than 15 months and then randomly started just resetting the time! It was uncomfortable but we endured it for about 3 more months and then one of the strips broke! It is only broken where it is attached to the dial. Impossible to fix the clock so my son just kept it in the bathroom so he could see what time it was. Now the clock doesn't work at all!
