Looks the same as the original except for the nameplate. It controls all TV functions in the same way as a SONY device. The buttons are stiffer and some of them have a click when pressed, but that's not a problem. The only other question is durability, and only time can answer it.

The seller offered to send me a new one if the one I received doesn't work. It worked right out of the box (batteries added of course) and I didn't use them or ask for a second one.

I needed a replacement remote control. You might think that the number keys would just stop working. Well, how good is the remote if the buttons don't work. It's awesome. I didn't have to make any adjustments. I just added batteries and it worked right away. Good product. I was happy to receive an email from the company asking if I had any problems and if so they would fix them. What a great company.

Really easy. Just put the batteries in and it worked straight away for my Sony Bravia TV. The only downside is that the arrow keys are hard to press. Good thing I have long nails for pressing buttons. The menu buttons around the d-pad protrude beyond the directional buttons, and you'll have to get your nails into the buttons. The other buttons are also very easy to press.

This remote does exactly what it's designed to do. I was even surprised that I didn't have to connect it to the TV. However, I have two complaints that are actually not that important, but annoy me. Firstly, the remote does not feel as smooth as the original remote. I feel like I'm holding fake plastic in my hand. Second, it makes an awful clicking noise when you press a key. After reading the reviews and seeing the price I decided it was worth a try. It works great and maybe even better than the original that came with the TV. People complaining about having to push the buttons hard. Serious? LOLOL What a ridiculous complaint!
