Great just a little mistake

I love this brand and I'm glad they have this shape sorter. My youngest uses a similar one in his occupational therapy and I wanted one to take home. My only complaint is that the red owl gets stuck and won't come out. I suspect it's just this one, maybe a small defect. I wonder if I can replace it? This is very important as we now use it at home for teletherapy sessions so I need it to work well.

Easy to grip and baby friendly

Great sorter in a simple shape. I bought this for my daughter because it only had three shapes, she could easily figure it out on her own at around 12 months and was able to make it again and again on her own at around 13 months. Owls make it easier for small hands to grasp. Edit: Still playing with it a year later, even buying a 2 and 3 year old. Guess the sound and the symbols on the shapes will attract them.

Sound. We can take out the batteries to stop him.

Well, this is a present for my great granddaughter who will soon be 1 year old. There was someone in the reviews who said they liked the sounds the owls make. Of course we tried it out when it arrived. OMG, the noise is like nails on a board, awful. The toy is wonderful, she will love it. But her parents will kill me because I bought her, because of the noise she makes when you throw figurines down the chimney. Other than that, it's really cute.

  • An absolute legend

Nice but not the most durable

This toy is adorable! Owls make the cutest calling noises when they fall and when you blow on them. My 8 month old daughter loves this toy although she needs help throwing the owls in it. She learned to blow on owls to hear them screech. She also loves beads, but that's the least durable part of the toy. She likes to grab the toy by the beads, which bend under pressure. I'm worried it won't last long and break before she can enjoy the full functionality of the toy, but it's a nice little…

Excellent first form sorter!

We love B. The toys (and owls) in this house so I knew I had to have this when I saw it. My 15 month old loves it and I love that it only has 3 shapes. That's enough for her at this age without being obtrusive like some other figure sorters. I just wanted to say that my child is afraid of the sound of an owl! Poor peanut just doesn't like it so I had to tape the underside of each owl with duct tape which solved the problem. It's weird as she really isn't scared of much yet, but I feel like the…

Baby toy/dad toy suitable for bead mazes

I bought this product as it is similar to the shape sorter used by my child's physical therapist - the sounds give instant positive feedback to help shape the shape into the right shape to bring form. Slot. However, it had some unplanned uses. While playing with our son, Dad discovered that he could adjust and change the pitch and duration of a sound by blowing directly into the owl's head. I was greeted with the Imperial Star Wars march over an owl whistle this morning. Then my husband…
