The product is great but I'm giving it 3 stars because it's advertised with 2 cradles but only one ships. I was very disappointed when I had to pay another $100 for the second one. Very clever and false advertising.

We love this stroller! It makes shopping and traveling a breeze! Our baby loves it too! It's also great with a newborn because we can cover them up completely and hide them from prying people who like to snuggle up to them during cold and flu season:

I love this stroller for my baby. It can stretch and move freely. Easily detachable and removed for loading into the car. My only complaint is that the clip used to remove it from the base is very flimsy. Our clip broke off, rendering it unusable. But the Baby Jogger company stands by their products and they were able to help us solve this problem.

Works well when attached, folds easily but is cumbersome to put on and take off. The extra volume makes it hard to justify. As of November 2019, there are almost no car seat adapters other than our own. If that's the case, it's probably better to use them as part of a travel system. I haven't tried their car seat to see if it works well with this stroller.
