Baby Trend Deluxe Nursery Center Review

This nursery is attractive and affordable, but I'm deducting two stars because of the HORRIBLE chemical smell. The play area itself smells like most nylon and tarp items (imagine the smell of a camping tent) and the odor has mostly dissipated over the few weeks we've had it. But the mattress smells terrible. It was really nice. I didn't like the instructions as they apply to multiple packs and play with different attachments. This model is really good because it includes music; night light or vibration. There's also a fold-out changing table that can be moved back and forth and storage space for diapers and wipes. Arrived quickly. It was hard to get together. I don't smell like others have complained. The cradle was perfect. I've used the changing table 3 times but decided the counter worked better. We used it for our granddaughter for almost 8 months. We didn't have to break it to move between rooms either. Fits well on our standard doors. This is a very good park and play after installation, high quality material, many functions, looks beautiful. However. looks like the "pack" part of "PACK and play" was ignored. I made the fatal mistake of installing it in my living room to make sure it worked. Since it's too wide to fit through the door, I had to take it off to move it. I love neutral colors. The hood is very thin. I was hoping for a slightly better quality with this one. Everything else works and looks great. The sound machine/vibration accessory is nice, but the light on it is very dim. It was difficult for me to assemble as I am pregnant and it is quite heavy, my husband put it together quite easily.
