It also looks very nice and I like that the mesh is removable.

We were looking for a safe, non-toxic carrycot that rocks and bounces and does both. It also looks very nice and I love that the mesh is removable and washable. The bassinet we had for our first child had wooden slats and our daughter often got her leg or arm tangled in it so it was a good idea not to worry about that! I decided to replace the BabyBjorn polyester foam mattress with the Naturepedic oval cradle mattress and it conforms snugly to the body (consisting of 85% cotton and 15%โ€ฆ

Mattress Safety Question

Very nice bassinet and I'm happy with the mesh sides - I can see my baby from all sides of the room and don't worry about her not breathing when she's on the sides. However, I am very disappointed in the mattress. It's thin, and when I pull on a very expensive bed sheet, it pulls on the mattress, leaving gaps around the edges. I don't understand 1) why bed sheets are so expensive (DO NOT dry them or they will shrink), 2) why the mattress is so thin and 3) how leaving a gap between the sidesโ€ฆ

Beautiful and very happy with my purchase!

After looking at all the tote bags available (which is SO stunning) I settled on this one. This was my favorite but it was the most expensive. I was about to get a Halo but the bulky, heavy legs really put me off. I love that Babybjorn is so light and the sheer mesh is great! It can also vibrate, which I really like. I wanted something safe and welcoming, and this bassinet is both. I bought the canopy that came with it and am very happy with it. Another benefit is that when you're done usingโ€ฆ
