Very nice bassinet and I'm happy with the mesh sides - I can see my baby from all sides of the room and don't worry about her not breathing when she's on the sides. However, I am very disappointed in the mattress. It's thin, and when I pull on a very expensive bed sheet, it pulls on the mattress, leaving gaps around the edges. I don't understand 1) why bed sheets are so expensive (DO NOT dry them or they will shrink), 2) why the mattress is so thin and 3) how leaving a gap between the sides keeps it a safe option. Very frustrated that I paid that much and now I'm looking for a natural foot care mattress recommended by other reviewers. In addition, it is impossible to find any other sheets for the baby bath than the Björn brand.
