Back Basics® Cocoa LatteTM Drink Review

Mine worked for about 6 years then broke. Then I paid less than $50 how the heck did it go up to $200 and up? This is a great chai latte machine.

cm300br,cm300brbrl,cm300brl,cm300w do not buy. A small socket inside can leach lead. I just found out about the cancellation and West Bend will not be honoring it as it has expired.

Received this in February 2008, 10 years later it fell off the counter and broke. The kids used it almost every day every winter and I used it a lot for coffee, 2 or 3 times a week. Very easy to use but a little annoying to clean. The mixing blade is attached to the bottom so I add some soapy water and turn it on for 30 seconds, then use a dish sponge and give it a quick rinse, rinse and dry. I would buy another one if it was dishwasher safe. .what can I say, I hate washing dishes
