I chose it to sit better in my office chair. I haven't had back pain, now. Ordered on 05/24/18, delivered on 05/26/18. Today is 7/6/18 and my lower back hurts terribly. I can't return it. Very disappointed with this product.

I have a much lower weight limit so it's not like I'm too big for the weight but I figured I didn't weigh 300 pounds so mine will of course butt fit. Wrong, my ass is too big for this thing. My ass splays and the edges are sore and I was really looking forward to it, I just spent $30 on the worst seat assembly.

I had problems with tingling in my legs and numbness in my feet. I've tried many different pillows, chairs etc but nothing worked. I bought this on a whim hoping it would work and it worked. It has helped beyond my expectations. I only started using it at home but noticed the same symptoms returned when I went to work. Bought a second one for work. Good product.

I really get rid of a lot of pain in my hip and lower back by using this product. It has a bit of a soft "bounce" - I think due to the gel used in its construction. I often wake up at night with severe hip pain that radiates to my lower back and thighs. After getting up and sitting on it for a while, I usually feel well enough to go back to bed and have a comfortable rest of the night. Can be used anywhere at home as well as in the car to drive or ride along.

Okay so I bought this style of BackJoy for the car to replace my pink chair that went with my home chair. He doesn't have a pillow. I've found that when I stand up and get out of my seat, he wants to fly out of the seat. He seriously needs some kind of belt to keep him from falling out of the car. As an occupational therapist, I love these ergonomic tools. You need to lean it properly against your back and sit in such a way that the rear end is higher on the curve with round holes. Definitely helps correct the lumbar spine when sitting and is easy on the back. Normally when you have back pain you need to take breaks, stretch and move - this product is more preventative. My butt starts to hurt after sitting on it for a while so I turn it on and off throughout the day.

I bought this to relieve back pain from sitting on the floor for an hour or more. I do an animal massage and sit down on the floor. Depending on the size of the dog, this may involve sitting in one spot, stretching in all directions, and in some cases, like my Great Dane clients, moving around them. Well that's good money down the drain. "cushion" is such a misnomer. I followed the directions on the picture and while I agree that my lower back posture improved, the pain of the pad digging into my outer thighs became unbearable within 15 minutes. I have tailbone. I had two injections last year, therapy every two weeks, and a standing desk where I just couldn't take the pain anymore. Most pillows available either flatten out immediately or only provide short-term relief. I tried Backjoy on both a hard seat and an office chair for four days (8-10 hours a day).
