VERY SMALL and has a fishy smell that I can't get rid of

Well it's definitely SMALL. To be honest, too small for me. I'm a plus size and it looks silly on me. But the quality is good enough for what it is. It had an awful fishy smell when I first got it. There's also a slight fishy smell that I can't quite get rid of. Which is annoying. If I can get the smell out I can give it to my sisters or someone else.
