This is the perfect extension cable for my 5 pin rear camera, the quality of the cable is excellent. The cable of the Crosstour DVR with backup camera is not long enough to reach even the 3rd row in a full size SUV or minivan. This cable was able to get the job done and get the rear camera in place.

This cable did not provide a video signal when flipped. Low quality! waste of money. UPDATE: The seller sent me a new version to try and it worked great! They also sent me a Christmas present as an apology. I am changing my rating to 5 stars as their customer service is top notch and their willingness to make me happy is outstanding.

Really simple device - rear view camera extension. We had a 5 pin camera and the cable that came with it wasn't long enough to reach it. This expander worked great. The cable is of good quality, the connectors fit perfectly, nice and tight. The image quality is exactly the same as without the extender. All in all a perfect 5 stars guaranteed.

Considering the original cable was about 3 feet shorter to run from the rear view mirror to the rear door on the Ford Transit 250, this cable gave us a lot of extra cable to properly install our backup camera. It goes perfectly with the cable that comes with Pruveeo and we are very satisfied.

I bought this extension cable for the back to front camera - the cable that came with the camera was not long enough. The price was fair and the cable arrived quickly. However, when I plugged it in and turned on the camera, the image was erratic and stuttered. This happened even when I connected the cable directly between the two cameras. There were no such problems with cameras. Its diameter was significantly larger than that of the extension. I am returning the extension cord for a refund.
