Strange size description. I would indicate the length of the product, not the waist measurement. I have a waist 34 and it was very difficult to put everything back on. I would take the small one, if you're around 34 I took the bigger one. Nice product that seems to help keep the strap off the hips and use it too.

Worth the money! My back feels better when I'm wearing the duty belt than when I'm not wearing it now! Looks great and durable. The only thing I have is that it takes a little longer for the keepers to put them on, but there's nothing unbearable about that. After a few months of use I'm very happy with it and the holders feel a lot better.

I purchased this brace after a recent herniated disc so I needed to find a way to relieve my back from the weight of a work belt at work. This product has done the trick so far and made my 12 hour workday bearable. I would recommend this product to anyone with serious back problems. Very good for relieving back and hip pain. I don't like that the spots you have to use for the belt loops are the same as my belt loops. Existing Velcro fasteners come loose when getting in and out of the cruiser. And it's so hard to put on alone. But all these things are very miner-like. Really helps with back pain. My pain was so bad I figured I'd have to give up law enforcement in 20 years. I would recommend it to a friend. This is a great purchase.
