Great if you like your back wet.

Reservoir is leaking - appears to be where the adhesive is around the hose attachment point to the reservoir. Bought one, worked great for a day then bought another to have a spare. Unfortunately they all seem to be leaking.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Expandable

Should be on the list of products you should never buy

More or less practical which defeats the purpose. Couldn't vacuum because the plastic hose was too long. the plastic taste was awfully tasty instead of water. It wasn't sealed at all. This product cannot be crafted alone.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Great bite valve.

I was a little worried about the bite valve configuration, before that it was always straight lines. I won't go back to them, they are much better. The only reason for four stars is that the hanging anchor strap size is too small, it's quite difficult to use it in my hydration pack. Haven't used it in a backpack yet.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Slim and cheap! in backpacks, bags and accessories

Cheap junk made of very thin plastic, not very flexible. It comes with 2 holes caused by the filler neck. They had a piece of styrofoam to protect them, but even that was paper thin and didn't protect at all. Not even worth going back for the $10 it cost. Next time I will choose a reputable name like Camelback!

Pros
  • Long-term test results
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Hydration Bladder Holds Water - You Keep It

Bladder holds water without leaking, but hook is too weak to hold a full bladder. Engineers understand planned obsolescence, but in the real world the catch was useless. So I reinforced the top and used velcro and a carabiner so it can be attached to my running backpack. I also use a cotton shoe bag to protect my bladder. I like my upgrade.

Pros
  • Super Price
Cons
  • The Secret

Great bladder but difficult to close

This is the second bladder I've bought and it works great but I'm not sure if it's a design change or a different pad that does closing this bubble makes it difficult to save constriction. It might just take a bit of work, but I usually have to open, close and check the seal on the main port at least 2-3 times before I can get a seal that doesn't leak. Otherwise it works great and is exactly what you would expect from any of these things.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Hard to tell

It flows like crazy. Not used

Hiking weather finally came and I used the water bladder. It wouldn't be worth the price if it was free. The top flows like crazy. When I got to the trail, my backpack was soaked to the skin from falling. I thought maybe the cap was off. That wasn't the problem. I figured that as long as he was upright it would be enough, but simply bending down to pick up a bouncing rock resulted in half the bag being emptied behind me. Do not buy. Spend a little more and get quality

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Great moisturizer!

I bought these after my signature bladder which I had for over 10 years finally failed. I didn't want to invest in an expensive one as I would only be using it for short hikes with my toddler while my previous one was in the US. I was concerned that cheap would also mean leaks, cheap product etc but I was pleasantly surprised. 10+ hikes later and cleaning after cleaning, this was a good buy. The material appears to be of high quality and is almost as good as more expensive brands. In general…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity
