The bag is great but I sent it back for the following reason. The flash glitters with gold and stands out a bit. I couldn't make out it from the photo online, but someone might agree with the look.

It has all the pockets I need to replace my wallet and purse. I use it for travel because I can put it under my plane seat, take knitwear, passport, travel documents, some cosmetics, medicines. First of all, the durability is amazing!

This bag met all my needs! It is well made and weatherproof. I bought this bag for 2 planned vacations, Hawaii (13 days and Ireland 11 days). We take it everywhere in Hawaii, hiking, beaches, shopping. In Ireland light snowfall, rain and wind withstood. Perfect size for travel documents, snacks, water bottle, iPad, Kindle and my DSLR with 18-300mm lens, plus plenty of room. Still looks new. I'm taking it to spring break and Thailand!

Great little backpack, roomy enough for my 13" MacBook Pro and essentials. Good quality as usual Baggallini. I like the organizer and laptop sleeve. The straps are fastened long even when fully dressed so the bag hangs low on my back and the straps tend to slip off my shoulders. I'm 5'1" tall with a slim build. I don't think this will be a problem for tall women. I also wish it had a side pocket for a water bottle or umbrella.

The backpack has great organization, a front zip pocket and two large internal pockets including a padded laptop sleeve all in one. You can take everything you need for work or travel with you. Spacious enough to carry lots of extra stuff. Only 4 stars as I found the straps too long for my 5ft 4in height, even with a heavy winter coat.
