Girls Winter Balaclava - Windproof and Warm for Cold Weather Review

My 7 year old son LOVES his puppy face balaclava! It kept him warm and snuggled against his (rather large) head. One small thing to note - he complained a bit about wearing it on his nose. I only mention this because he never had a problem with wearing masks, I always had to remind him to take them off lol. He had no problem getting under his nose while dog sledding. His balaclava was a hit with everyone, very cute but cool enough for him, very affordable, comfortable and warm!

My 2 grandkids who are 10 loved these ski goggles. Wore them all day at Christmas after opening. Funny picture and they go together.

My son loves this very much. He has severe asthma, so not breathing cold air helps him. This ski mask is lightweight yet durable.

I bought this for my 5 and 2 year olds. It is just suitable for 5 years and fits snugly at 2 years. Aside from that the 5 year old loves it, just needs help getting it on his scalp. When the lower face cover isn't pulled over the chin, it feels smothered, so versatility has to be sacrificed due to the small size. 2yo isn't a fan but I expected that! Laugh out loud.

My baby loves it so much and has been trying to wear it every day for almost 3 months now and it's still hanging there. Definitely recommend

I have ordered several different balaclavas to find the best one for kids on a snowmobile, this was the best! It fits our 3 year old and I perfectly. It's also very warm and seems to wick away moisture if you get wet. Because it's not just a one-size-fits-all eye hole, you can easily adjust it if you get hot, which also helps with a better fit. Definitely worth buying!

I was blown away by how well this worked for the one size theme. My son wore it while playing in the snow and his face and ears were nice and warm.

I read a lot of reviews trying to find something that would suit a 3 year old. Most other items sounded too big. This fits her head without being too tight or loose. I assume it will fit until she is about four years old?

My 6 year old wore these skis in sub-zero temperatures. However due to COVID it was warm and when I used it to cover my nose and mouth the mask got wet during the day and had to be dried every time we took a break indoors. It would be nice if it was a little better.

My six year old loves wearing this because of the picture. But it is very difficult for him to raise it on his head himself. Here's my idea of wearing it for recess at school. money down the drain.

This mask does not keep my son warm. Part of the face mask is not very thick, but you can put another mask underneath if needed.

Used as snowmobile helmet helmet mask for our kids. Worked great, stayed nice and warm. They also used it outside to play in the snow, that worked too, but part of the mouth got wet from breathing and talking. Washes well in the washing machine.

Ridiculously small. I bought it for skiing with my (very small) 8 year old. When it arrived he tried it on and it was so tiny you could see the stitching on his face. Not wanting to mess with the return I gave it a try on my 3 year old. He was even too small for her! Literally made for a baby.

Purchased as a multi-purpose item with immediate use as part of a ninja costume. It made a great ninja mask and my daughter was thrilled with the results. I would recommend using it with a black turtleneck rather than a regular collared shirt for ninja purposes. I'm sure it will be great in winter too. The mesh around the mouth isn't great for a pandemic, but great for not smelling for the first 5 minutes of use!

We bought this for my son's ninja costume for Halloween. He loved it and said it was very comfortable. He seemed a bit small - he's 8 years old, a typical size and barely fits (eye area seems a bit small and barely reaches the neck). So if you have an older or larger child this may not work. The material is very stretchy and soft, it washes well and seems very warm in cold weather. All in all a good buy for Halloween and I hope it's good for everyday wear too!
