I love this machine, it inflates balloons in under 40 seconds. I used the balloons provided, they are fantastic. I have also used the Target brand, they were just as fantastic. HOWEVER, the engine started to get very hot. So hot that on the 4th bunch of balloons I could barely press the button because the button was HOT. Is this "normal" or did I get a car with a bad engine?

I got these balloons for my wife's birthday and they deflated within a month. When I tried to inflate them again, the whole bunch broke. Only one remained, and it flowed on. I bought these balloons at a higher price after reading the description saying they are reusable which they are not. Strongly disappointed. Not worth the money. Instead, you could get helium balloons from a dollar tree

As promised, balloons are quick to inflate when inflated with air only. However, from what I understand there should have been an adapter to inflate balloons with helium, but there wasn't. I bought this for my daughter's prom and only then realized the adapter wasn't included. Thanks to my mechanical engineer husband who figured out how to inflate balloons directly from the helium tank yourself without using a car and saved the day.

As mentioned in most reviews, no helium adapter is included. And this despite the fact that the description indicates this, as well as on the packaging / instructions. I didn't plan on using helium on everyone, but bought it as an option. The pump is cool, especially since it can be used for other purposes (and adapters are included!). Website customer service information requires photos and product details. I'll try to see what happens?

This is a fantastic idea that needs a makeover. A dream come true - to inflate so many balloons at once and not tie one by one. It worked but I was afraid it might explode due to the heat it emits and the balloons took a little longer than expected to inflate. Balloons were inflated unevenly; some are smaller, some are larger, and you need to cut off the "tube" on a separate balloon. I returned this purchase because it overheated, but I'll try again in the future, hoping to get a working one…
