We received the necklace on March 27th and it broke within a month. I was about to put her bib on and the screw on the bead came loose. Super disappointed.

I love these amber necklaces. Bought one for each oldest son. It's a bit small for a 6 year old but it seems all kid size necklaces are 33cm long. I would recommend them.

Amber Yellow is stronger than darker colors. I recommend getting a yellow one first and then getting another one after about 6 months or when teeth erupt. Always works if left enabled. Do not take it off to shower or bathe. My children almost never drooled and almost never cried from the pain of teething. They work, just don't take them off.
