I recently purchased this item, it came with a real card to prove it is real amber, 13 inches was the perfect size for my 7 month old baby, I recommend and will definitely buy again great gift and looks great

My son has the best days when he wears this necklace, the days I forget to put it on him, he has the worst childhood illnesses. I can see the difference, this amber necklace works wonders.

I bought two of these and they don't look the same. The first one I bought worked but we lost it so had to order another one and it looks completely different from the first one and doesn't work as well. I am very confused.

My daughter has been teething for about four months. Instead of sucking on it, she started chewing on the edge of the nipple. Then I realized I want her to have something. I gave her the necklace and had none of the problems a baby has when it's teething. She doesn't have any teeth yet, but she's always chewing and loves to have her gums scratched.
