I bought this along with a Natural Mama amber necklace for my 4 month old and another Natural Mama worked! So much less saliva, if any, during the day. I rub coconut oil on her gums and use it and so far we feel so much better! The shutter does not open, which is dangerous for the child.

This makes me very sad, I love amber, but it's not safe at all. I honestly bought it for myself and it broke after a few days. This is obviously a safety/choking hazard and not worth the money. The screw part of the bracelet also broke, all I did was put the bracelet and necklace together to wear as a larger necklace. I didn't fiddle with it or anything, it broke in the shower and just fell off.

We were gifted a different brand teether which my 9 month old wore daily for several months. We weren't sure if it worked because she was drooling and always making a fuss. I bought this brand and the next morning after wearing it all night the drooling was completely gone. She feels much better and is not fussy.
