This bamboo whisk is a must-have for any tea enthusiast in their Home AND Kitchen. According to my experience it creates the perfect frothy matcha blend every time. The thin, delicate tines allow for optimal whisking, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture. The natural bamboo material is eco-friendly and sturdy, ensuring it will last for many matcha-making sessions to come .The downside is that it requires proper care and maintenance after each use to prevent mildew from growing on it. Flimsy Whisk, Disappointing Performance

Based on our own experience, this Japanese Chasen whisk is far from impressive .While the product looks nice visually, it falls short in terms of functionality and structure. The good news is that it is affordable, but the bad news is that it doesnt last as long as it should. For THE price we expected better quality and performance..

Would give less than one star if I could.

Both pieces are completely torn down the middle. I come back. I can't believe this was overlooked by their customer service. So disappointed.
