📦 Bankers Box STOR/File Storage Boxes: Standard Set-Up with Lift-Off Lid for Letter/Legal (0071302) Review

I've packed for a move. I ran out of crates, so I grabbed one of my empty bank crates and filled it up. What I noticed was that it was the perfect size and I was able to move the boxes around very easily using the handles. Then I bought this product. I have filled all of these boxes and will be ordering more.

These easy-to-stack boxes are convenient in size and weight and are perfect for packing books, documents, photo albums, fragile items, linens and all sorts of other cleaning essentials from mom's house. . I have also been using them for many years to store my clients' legal files. While these boxes cost a little more, I find them to be stronger and more durable than other brands.

These are solid boxes that should last a long time. Not as durable as some I've seen before, but certainly good enough to get the job done. I filled some of them with hardcover books, which didn't bother the boxes at all. The size is good, when the boxes are full it's not difficult to lift. The assembly is pretty standard. Prying off the lids was a little tricky, I found running a pair of scissors over the perforation worked well.

This is one of the BEST items I have ever ordered from AMAZON! They are worth their price. TAPE IS NOT REQUIRED! I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when a friend told me to order these for my storage needs BUT I'm so glad I'm telling people about this. Assembly instructions are on each box and are easy to follow as all lids are on the same strong sheet of cardboard. I just LOVE the fact that no tape is needed and they are very durable. I will definitely be ordering more Bankers boxes!

The second order was a nightmare. My first purchase of these boxes went great. As I said, everything went smoothly. The second box order was a nightmare. The boxes were difficult to put together, the perforated edges weren't cut all the way through, and the corners of at least eight boxes were dented and had a huge gap where the crease wasn't folded properly. Luckily I was able to go to my local Menards and grab some free boxes to finish packing. We have a deadline and we're trying to move, but
