Crafted for Perfection: Professional Stainless Barber Straight Razor Review

I really liked the razor. It feels very good and I have a great shave. The only problem I've noticed, and maybe this is my only one, is that when I open the razor, the tail or tail scratches the inside of the scales. Since they are made of wood, the problem can be that all protection is lost and moisture can destroy them. This is not a problem for me as I have never wet the scale.

I was a little skeptical at first about choosing a straight razor but damn I was wrong. How it fits in your hand. It glides on with fresh blades leaving a clean, fresh line with my beard. You will always screw up an angel compared to using a regular razor. But it freshened up my beard. When I used the beard trimmer, the line wasn't that clear. This is a necessary thing. I will happily buy another one in the future.

Second time buying this razor because I lost the first one. The wooden handle is too good! After some practice I get the smoothest shave, it just depends on the angle of the blade when you apply it to your face. This is included in the handle to maintain the beard line. If you like facial hair, you need this. Game changes

Do not buy. The blade stays too open and for some reason this leads to more razor burn. There is another wood razor with a chrome holder that offers better quality for the money and performs better. Gillette blades suck too.

When I bought a straight blade razor from SmoovGroom I really didn't know what to expect as I used to only use cartridge razors. But after using a SmoovGroom razor and seeing how well it shaves, I know I can't go back! I don't have to worry about going to the store for a long time. Really happy with the purchase.

This has been a good addition to my daily grooming routine and I use it regularly to clean myself up. The razor is of a very high quality as used in most barber shops. Happy with my purchase

Update*** Purchased less than 3 months ago. The screw fell out mid-shave, which could have caused the blade to fall apart and cut me. Because of this I need to get rid of it now that the screw has gone down the drain. I cannot recommend this product. Next time I'll buy a piece of blade.

I am a professional hairdresser with 11 years of experience. I bought this product with little hope that it would be a great product given the price. Only $18? lol I just received it yesterday (2-13-19). I've been using it all day and really love it! The handle is actually made of wood. The blade is easy to charge. is working. While not sure about longevity, for now it's worth the money spent.

Great product! I needed a reliable straight razor as my previous one broke and needed excellent build quality. I've had it for a long time and the feel is great compared to my old one, you can tell the quality is great and it's easy to use.
