The scanner worked great for nine months but now it won't charge. Contacted MunByn through their website and they never responded.

We needed a device that could scan the barcodes of our POS terminals and be durable on the outside. This scanner has lasted over a year and is still like new and we have 5 of them!

I really like this product, it just took a while to do what I needed to scan. The down payment is the customer service abroad and that makes it difficult to get help.

Very good PDA! I bought it for my camp. Before I used a PDA it was a mess, but now it's a professional camp! By the way, buy a 2D barcode scanner, it's much better.

Great device with even better grip! If you're wondering what to do with the included strap when the phone is in the gun base, MUNBYN support recommends running it through one of the lock's rails! This works very well and makes them much safer to use.

These scanners work great with our SMD inventory software. We bought 3 of them. Can't find anywhere that they have a charging station to charge a pistol grip device. We would happily buy 3 chargers if they had any because they keep getting unplugged and dying.

The product comes with no QR app or scanner. So out of the box it will not work as a scanner. You need to find a compatible scanner app that works with Andriod. I use "Sortly" and it downloads to the device but doesn't work. I called Munbyn support but they don't have their number listed so no reply. I sent an email but received a ready reply. The device must be removed from the Revain storefront. Even Revain support was unable to contact Munbyn support.
