Product is good, shipping quality is poor

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and am sure it is a great product knowing the quality is great from the Barfly brand. I would like to believe that the box was not damaged before shipping. I've used an ice pick for years and it worked fine until the metal ball broke off, then an ice hammer which just made a mess and an ice pick which is just plain dangerous and not very effective especially when going straight through. ice and on the table. This one breaks the flakes much better, the ice doesn't fly all over the place, you…
