Not for a thick wrist

Bought for use with a smartwatch (ticwatch c2). In the photo can be seen next to the original (grey) stripe. The Barton band is great and high quality but a bit short. It is said to fit wrists up to an 8" but note that the last hole does not leave a "tail" to insert into the strap loops. This is due to the short buckle strap combined with the thickness of the strap.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Great addition to the Barton range

I have several Barton bracelets and the quality and price are always first class. This alligator grain is no exception. The strap is flexible, comfortable and looks great. I love QR spring bars - I wouldn't put anything else on my more expensive watch. My only minor complaint is that the bottom portion tapers into a (mostly) straight line rather than a V. This makes the strap look a little less formal *tiny*, but it's barely noticeable when you're wearing the strap, so really doesn't bother me…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Everything ok

I was looking for a replacement strap from Philip Stein

So my watch has a quick reset button which makes it easy to change the strap. This was the Type 2 PS series. This Barton strap fits my watch but there are some major differences in width and material. Shown at left is a PS alligator strap. It cost over $200 and lasted about 1.5 years. The middle image shows Barton's new "Quick Release" watch strap handle. As you can see in the picture, the area around the "Quick Release" handle already looks worn. Or maybe the material wasn't cut correctly? The
