I have this 24mm wide nato strap and it fits my 7 inch wrist perfectly without cutting the end. The quality of the leather is excellent, and the straps are leather rather than metal, making the NATO strap a little less bulky, which can sometimes be an issue with this type of watch strap. The strap is quite thin and flimsy. After a few weeks of use the band started to loosen and loosen and I could no longer keep it on my wrist. I have worn BARTON leather and silicone quick release straps before and have been very impressed. I was very disappointed in their NATO leather strap. While the tape quality is excellent, the material is terrible. It's too flimsy and stretchy and I have no doubt it will tear over time. I just received mine. It looks like a good quality NATO leather strap but feels flimsy. This is my first leather strap and my second NATO strap overall. I can't decide if I like this shorter 10" strap better than my 11" nylon strap. A 10" Barton strap is fine if it breaks a bit and I need a second buckle. I think if the second holder could move and not be sewn on that would be perfect. It's almost too small unless you want to use a 2nd steward. I wrapped it around my wrist about 1 notch tighter

Beautiful NATO strap. I appreciate that the locking loops are also leather and not metal like many NATO straps. It's incredibly comfortable and along with the right watch size, you won't even realize you're wearing it.
