Wow. This is a fantastic appliance, we use it in our outdoor kitchen and love the way it looks and cooks. I looked at burners that are much more expensive and thought it would be a compromise, but it exceeds expectations.

Don't love an open flame. But it is impossible to boil anything or cook at a low temperature. You can't adjust the flame like a regular propane stove, otherwise I would love this stove. I turn it on and off constantly so nothing burns except boiling water.

I have a summer kitchen and high winds. This hob is great. It never blows out. It's small and easy to clean. Good glass plate. I hold my cast iron pans upside down over the burners to protect them from the elements. The stove seems to be very efficient with gas. Low heat is pretty high. less suitable for stewing, great for grilling and roasting.
