I've been looking for the best backup sump pump for a long time and found that Watchdog had it installed and tested. Pumps water up quickly and the system works great. It even comes with its own backup switch. VERY GOOD SYSTEM. This will run for days on a good battery and will keep the battery charged and tested. WOW for the money this is the best deal I have ever seen.

I've had the product for a little over a year and the motherboard is already fried. An attempt to work with Watchdog to replace this item under warranty was unsuccessful. I do NOT recommend purchasing this item as I have heard from many others that this is a very common problem with this particular brand.

float switch arrived broken in addition to the fact that after I ordered there was no service provider available thinking I had someone to install. It wasn't until the plumber came to install the system that we realized the actual float was cracked and unusable. Of course, since it's an integral part of the system, the whole block has to be returned and I have to start over.

Product was brand new when received as stated. Received a box that looked very old. Since then I've had problems with the siren. Had contact with the manufacturer. Find out, my new serial number watchdog timer is 5 years old. I used a new marine deep cycle battery that is eligible for warranty purposes, but a 5 year old product is not compatible with this battery. Hoping for redemption. Hard to believe that the seller sells such old devices. We will dispute this with Amazon for a refund

I just bought this model to replace the same model I have owned for about 8 years (the control unit ended up failing and has the battery not charged). The pump and electronics have been very reliable over these 8 years. This new block appears to be exactly the same as the old block. I guess if it ain't broke don't fix it. It has a WIFI alert feature but is sold separately and appears to be a one-way alert only. You cannot control the device remotely. The problem with the system as a whole is…
