Updated Version - COST

I first registered for Riverstone fabric and then returned. Little did I know at the time that there was an updated version with smaller feet and an overall higher quality/slicker look, only $10 more expensive. My husband at the time probably thought I was crazy for disassembling the current one just to buy a new one, but even he said it was worth it! Much better. The legs easily fit under the bed and height adjustment is much easier. Basically, don't waste time with the old version!

Not recommended for children

I read good reviews about this product and I bought it for my child. Love the mesh walls and the fact that one side is flexible which makes it easy for baby to get in and out. The worst thing is that while the height is adjustable, it doesn't stay at the height you set it to. It is gradually lowered to the minimum height. Another thing is that the cradle tilted over time. This will turn the baby onto its side! This is very important as it can cause your baby's head to go flat on one side…

Pay money, you will thank yourself later

All parents with a newborn need this cradle! Especially for a breastfeeding mother, it costs money in the first few weeks of regular breastfeeding. A sidebar that hugs your body is a luxury you'd never think of, and now it's a must. Post-C-section, bending down was generally uncomfortable, and turning and pushing sideways at night definitely helped so I didn't have to get up constantly. The light on it isn't fantastic, but the vibrations and sounds (especially heartbeats) are fantastic. Yes…

Falls overnight

I like that it swivels and is lit inside and out. ATTENTION** This bed is not raised. These are drops for the night with a baby inside. I have a loft bed so I don't lift it all the way to reach my son. He is 5 months old, weighs 18 kg. I wake up in the morning and find it either on my mattress or under my bed. During the night he fell to the minimum position. It's very scary because it's brand new and he hasn't outgrown it yet. This morning he was in the lowest position. I'm afraid to sleep in…

Excellent with a few minor complaints

We ordered this for our newborn twins and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Overall we love it and both kids are comfortable in it. Our only complaints are: 1) The vibration feature is so weak it's practically non-existent. Still reassures the kids as they can hear the vibration sound but when I put my hand on the mat I don't feel the vibration at all. 2) Room bed sheets are almost a nuisance when they are changed. You have to flex and tuck the mattress into the sheet and then try to…

Halo Swivel Feature has serial defects

Most of these reviews seem distorted (5 stars despite terrible defects?) so I'll write the real one. I've had this carrycot for over a year now. Month. I've read about some tilt issues, but I checked the Halo website and it said the bassinet might look more tilted than it actually is due to the walls, but it's ultimately a safe sleeper. Other reviews stated that the tilt was user error. I received the cradle and placed it in a high position. There was some tilt, and sure enough, when I woke up,

Not for babies with reflux

I enjoyed my first two weeks, feeling close to each baby and being able to turn over to tend to each one without taking my head off the pillow. BUT here are the cons: - The thing is huge, heavy, doesn't slide. So after the birth I had to crawl into bed on all fours. My D/D babies didn't want to see/touch/hear each other so they just woke each other up when they were that close. A few weeks ago I tried putting them back in there because I don't want them to go to waste and the bigger they are…
