Bates- Trim Brush: The Ultimate Edge Painting Tool for Precise Trim Painting and Trimming Edges Review

I have very severe osteoarthritis in both hands which makes it very difficult to hold anything for long periods of time. I am constantly looking for more ergonomic products. However, I bought this because of the shape of the bristles as it looked like it could do better. Wow, wow and wow, that's all I can say. I really like the shape of the bristles when doing clean and finicky woodwork. As an added bonus, the bristles are super easy to keep clean. IMHO this is a handy and easy to use brush.

Because the handle is round like a brush, it will roll when you put it down. A simple hex at the base of the handle solves the problem. Hence 4 stars for ease of use. BUT, this is a really great brush. This greatly simplifies the haircut. Cleans well, good brush. I just bought a second one. I brought my first one to my daughter's house to help paint and she insisted I let it. Smart move because she always crashes me. Now she can do anything. Take this brush!

I tried several other edge coloring tools. I'm not a professional, but thanks to the drawing experience I've gained over the last few years, I'm approaching one. I bought this long arm brush machine with the hopes of using one to paint over 42 inch kitchen cabinets in a newly purchased home. The long arm wasn't worth the money spent. But THIS Bates brush was awesome! A McCauley pistol tool (another great product) and a pole. I was able to finish off all the edges with no paint on the cabinets…
