Pretty but the knots are uneven

Very pretty and good size but the knots are uneven so it doesn't look neat. I'll have to try to unzip them and straighten them myself.

Lightweight and durable alternative to an overhead ladder

A great addition to a child's bedroom. I wanted an overhead ladder but didn't want to worry about it falling over if someone trips over it. It's so light but holds a good weight. For a fraction of the cost of a stair top and all off the floor. LOVE IT

Not ideal for regular sized towels but still a good buy for a variety of uses.

This item is pretty decent. The wood is a little lighter than I thought it would be but still quite strong. However, I would not recommend using regular sized towels as they are too compact and bulky. Although it would be nice for towels or sheets. Overall, however, I was happy with the purchase.

Finishing on the crossbars is easy.

Very nice product when it arrived. Unfortunately, I noticed that the steps actually resemble chalk. Not wanting the white residue from the slats to end up on any baby blankets I hung from them, I decided to lightly wipe the residue off, but the whitewash came off immediately with a damp cloth. It looks like I'll need to put some sort of sealer on it before using it. Very disappointed that the trim has worn off but I would rather have it sealed than allow the white trim to rub off onto the baby…
