Looks good came with no direction. But self-explanatory if you've installed stuff like this before. The transparent wall supports suction. They literally break in half when you try to insert them into the wall. Found a few others I had around the house, the hooks are still loose and falling off. They don't support the weight of the towel well. Wouldn't buy these.

The included drywall anchors are useless. None of them can get stuck in the wall without moving. As a result, the towel hook always wobbles at best. After replacing the drywall anchors, the rest of the system seems solid and looks just like the picture. The glue is for non-drywall applications only, so I can't comment on that. .

Okay, you have 2 ways to attach them. 1. Tape or screw in the wall. I decided to screw them to the wall using my hardware rather than hardware. It comes with it. I'm sure their gear will work, but I use heavy-duty 75-pound lag bolts with washers. I'm glad I did because my mom slipped out of the tub and grabbed one of the hooks and it held in place. I don't think their gear will hold up. Well, that aside, it's not for that purpose.

After installation I was delighted to find that the adhesive pads (included) are very sticky. I definitely took the time to measure as the adhesive is difficult to adjust or remove once applied. I'm so glad I went through the instructions carefully where I could easily make a mistake trying to glue to the painted drywall. It sticks very well to my shower glass and holds my towels with no problem. Another great purchase!

The hooks themselves are good but the dowels that come with them are junk. The anchor plastic is too hard for a screw, so the anchor just twists in the wall. I ended up using my own wall anchors. I would look for another set with better anchors even if it's a few bucks more expensive as you end up using your own or having to buy some. wet bath towels.

Towels stay in place well. They are easy to install. When assembling, pay attention to which side you are looking up. The part where you hang your towel is slightly larger, giving you more space to hang your towel. The contractor didn't get it, but a quick turn and they were fine.
