This is a great mirror, looks great, all the buttons work. The biggest problem here is that they put a huge stupid permanent sticker on the mirror. Adhesive does not come off! I've tried everything including using ice to freeze the glue and then scraping the damn thing off but it won't come off! It's sad they went to all the trouble to build a wonderful device, but the packer decides to put this ugly permanent sticker on the front of the mirror! We bought this for our master bathroom. absolutely love it! It required two people to install, but you really need this for stability when hanging on the wall. We programmed it, but it was easy because it was a new house. We can turn it on via a wall switch or a touch button on the mirror. I'm very picky about what I'm looking for and this mirror ticks all the boxes. Its color is adjustable between 3 settings (warm white, bright white and cool white) as well as different brightness settings. I use this mirror in an alcove above the sink and it doesn't need any other lighting in that area (replaces a 4-light fixture). I have ordered two of these. One seems fine. I've been trying to do the second level for over an hour. As soon as I turned it on, I found that the aluminum frame that was attached to the back of the LED light housing was not square with a cutout in the mirror. I hope the seller will contact me to send a replacement. If not, I'll just send it back because otherwise it looks great.
