The toy works when the power switch is on.

The toy works when the power switch is on, but it works all the time. Because of the batteries, it becomes expensive to use. When the toy is off, it will not roll, so do not push or play with it.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Safety

3 AA batteries. Phillips screwdriver required

Bought for my 3 year old grandson. There are no instructions so I tried to convert it manually. I noticed that batteries are required. After putting the batteries in, my grandson couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Absolutely amazing best car

I bought (2) these transformers for my 3 year old grandkids and they are definitely a hit. They are amazing, easy to transform with twinkling lights and sounds, and also work in dash and motion modes. I would unreservedly recommend this product. (Don't forget to remove the ring from the bottom for the machine to work.)

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • protection

LOUD, CRAZY, COOL! Best in Cars

3 year old boy I bought it thinking there was a demon inside the toy and wanted to grab it, he ran away. However, for this cheap price, this is a great toy. It rolls well and bounces off walls, morphing and creating all sorts of sounds and lights. Sateen's (presumably Optimus Prime's) voice is probably a little creepy for young children.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Unsure

The only thing I don't like about it is that it never stops

This cute transforming police car; It's well made and "morphs" automatically without you having to do anything except turn on a switch on the underside of the car. The only thing I don't like about it is that it never stops. The siren sound gets a bit annoying after a few minutes. The only way to stop it is to turn it off with the switch. Otherwise it's a great little toy.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • A few little things
